Is there any danger of Lichfield District Council actually enforcing LITTER regulations. The street bins are overflowing. The shops ( particulary CO-OP & Fish & chip shop) are responsible for litter - cashpoint receipts / take aways,cans,bottles,sandwich boxes etc. etc. including being dumped in the phone box. The area is becoming disgusting. Neither clear up at the end of the day.

Further to this there is no enforcement of DOG MESS in LESLIE RD. Vile!
