Van and Car parking.

Vans and cars are parking on the grass verge outside our houses causing an obstruction when we will pull out onto the road; this is on Purcell Ave house numbers 67 and others. The owners of the vehicles live in the flats and houses opposite and they have ample parking at the back of them. I have complained about it before but nothing was done about it. I thought they were now allowed to cross over the footpaths to park on the grass they are on.
